Integration with the local migrant communities is very important to the Center. Many migrant families need to be persuaded to allow their children to attend the Center. That is because many of the children that do not go to school help their parents in their places of work.
Our message is simple:
Education will break this cycle of poverty
Outreach Program
We have a very vibrant outreach program. Volunteers go out to remote migrant communities to communicate directly with those that could benefit so much from attending the Center. This person to person contact is the best way to develop long standing relationships based on trust and transparency.

Without our help these kids end up:
- Tapping rubber in the middle of the night
- Working in fish factories or on the fishing boats
- Working in the sawmills or in agriculture.
Many get to be mum at an early age, looking after their siblings while their parents go out to work.
